Welcome to our Mental Health Rehabilitation Program — a specialized, multidisciplinary approach offered in a day hospital setting within our psychiatry and psychology clinic. This program is designed for individuals living with mental health disorders who require intensive support while maintaining their daily lives within the community.

A structured and compassionate approach

Our goal is to support patients on their journey toward recovery by promoting autonomy, emotional stability, and social or professional reintegration. The program runs over several weeks, with frequency adapted to each person’s needs (often 3 to 5 days per week) in a safe, respectful, and stimulating environment.

Who is it for?

This program is intended for individuals who:

  • suffer from depression, severe anxiety, mood disorders, or personality disorders,
  • have recently been hospitalized and need a transition to outpatient care,
  • are experiencing psychological disorganization without immediate danger but with a significant impact on daily functioning.

A personalized interdisciplinary approach

Each participant benefits from an individualized treatment plan developed in collaboration with a team that includes:

  • psychiatrists,
  • psychologists,
  • psychosocial workers,
  • mental health nurses,
  • and other professionals as needed (occupational therapists, nutritionists, etc.).

Therapeutic activities offered

The program combines several evidence-based approaches:

  • Individual and group psychotherapy
  • Psychoeducation
  • Stress, anxiety, and emotion management
  • Development of social and interpersonal skills
  • Mindfulness, art therapy, relaxation workshops, etc.

Our values

At the heart of our approach: listening, dignity, empowerment, and a deep belief that every person has the ability to regain control of their life with the right tools and support.
