A space to understand yourself, heal, and grow at your own pace

Individual psychotherapy is one of the core approaches at our psychiatry and psychology center. It provides personalized support to anyone going through a difficult time or seeking greater self-understanding, improved emotional well-being, or transformation of long-standing life patterns.

Why start psychotherapy?

The process can address a wide range of needs:

  • Anxiety, stress, or professional burnout
  • Depression, mood disorders, or loss of purpose
  • Relationship or family difficulties
  • Low self-esteem, feelings of emptiness, or insecurity
  • Grief, separation, trauma, or major life transitions
  • Personality disorders, obsessive or eating disorders
  • Need for psychological support within a psychiatric treatment plan

Our therapeutic approach

Within our multidisciplinary team, psychotherapies are conducted by clinical psychologists, psychotherapist psychiatrists, or certified therapists. Depending on individual needs, different frameworks may be proposed:

  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
  • Psychodynamic therapy
  • Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)
  • Mindfulness-based or integrative therapy
  • Short- or long-term psychological support

A confidential, respectful, and compassionate space

Each therapy session is a safe environment where individuals can explore emotions, inner conflicts, blocks, or aspirations—free from judgment.

The pace, duration, and goals are defined collaboratively, within a relationship of trust that respects each person’s experiences and strengths.

Individual psychotherapy is a personal journey—sometimes challenging, but profoundly transformative. Our team is here to support you with empathy, professionalism, and humanity.
